Your new company A leading, award-winning MEP consultancy based in Belfast is seeking an experienced and driven Associate Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. Your new role As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will lead the electrical discipline on a range of projects, providing technical oversight, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality design solutions. You\’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to project strategy, client engagement, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical design on multidisciplinary projects Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction Collaborate with other discipline leads and project managers Support business development and contribute to strategic growth What you\’ll need to succeed Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering Chartered or working towards Chartership with IET or CIBSE Minimum of 8 years\’ experience in electrical building services design Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills A passion for innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence A clear ambition to progress into a Director-level role, with the capability and mindset to take on strategic responsibilities and contribute to the long-term success of the business What you\’ll get in return This is more than just a job – it\’s a career-defining opportunity.
