Your new company is one of the UK's leading infrastructure and engineering services contractors who now require a Site Supervisor to join their highways division, specialising in operations, highways maintenance, planned roads and upgrade schemes across Northern Ireland. With over 30 years' at the heart of infrastructure design, maintenance and engineering, the company has offered strategic solutions and managed complex projects that have been vital to the sustainable growth of infrastructure right across the UK to date.

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all overnight upgrade and resurfacing works on some of Northern Ireland's main roads covering Belfast through to South Down. The role will involve night shifts initially but will offer the opportunity for full-time employment thereafter if successful.

As a successful Site Supervisor, previous management experience within the civils sector is essential, with knowledge of road schemes desirable. You must be CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certified in order to be successful for the role. Due to the nature of the work, you must be flexible to work varying shift patterns throughout the week.

This is an ideal position for a Site Supervisor who is available or finishing off a current project and looking to secure a position with a long-term programme of works with a view to going permanent. As contracts cover the whole of Northern Ireland, there will be no need to travel outside of NI, with all work based locally. In return for your hard work, the company is offering elevated rates for night work.
