Your new company A Co. Armagh based organisation is seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to support a busy Finance department across multiple entities. The role combines credit control, accounts receivable, management accounts support, and process improvement, working full-time on-site and reporting to the Accountant. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Core Focus Areas
- Accounts Receivable - managing debt collection, resolving invoice queries, maintaining customer records, processing cash allocation, preparing aged debt reports, and completing sales routines.
- Accounts Assistant duties - assisting with management accounts, bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end processes, intercompany reconciliations, VAT returns, stock analysis, and audit support.
- Expense processing - handling company card and employee expenses, matching receipts, and allocating costs accurately.
- Process improvement - identifying and championing system and workflow enhancements.
