The Role

  • Develop relationships with leading Medical Device and Life Sciences organisations across Ireland
  • Build and manage a network of high-demand contract professionals across engineering, validation, automation, quality, and manufacturing
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Source, interview, and place specialist contractors into key projects nationwide
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement and client relationship management
