Joinery & Maintenance
- Carry out joinery work including kitchens, doors, windows, flooring, fencing, roofing, plasterboard, and general repairs.
- Complete multi-skilled tasks outside core trade (e.g. basic plastering, plumbing, tiling, painting).
Performance & Reporting
- Accurately complete job records (paper/electronic).
Health & Safety
- Follow all relevant legislation, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Handle chemicals in line with COSHH procedures.
- Report incidents and attend safety training.
- Attend training and contribute to skills development.
General Duties
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors.
- Uphold NIHE policies, reputation, and standards.
- Participate in out-of-hours emergency call rota if required.
What you'll need to succeed
