Based in modern Belfast offices, this client continues to grow its project portfolio and is now seeking an ambitious Graduate Architectural Technologist or individuals with up to two years of industry experience to join its talented team.
Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of projects from early design stages through to technical delivery. Working alongside experienced architects, technologists and landscape professionals, you will gain valuable exposure to project coordination, technical detailing, planning and construction documentation. This role offers an excellent platform for someone looking to develop their technical expertise whilst contributing to meaningful and varied projects within a supportive environment. You will work with industry-leading software, assist in the production of detailed drawing packages, collaborate with consultants and contractors, and develop a strong understanding of current building regulations and construction methodologies. What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline and will possess a genuine enthusiasm for the built environment. Graduates are encouraged to apply, although applications from candidates with one to two years of experience will also be considered. You will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced professional environment. Experience using AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM software would be advantageous, although training and support will be provided to help you continue developing your technical capabilities.
