Your new role As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing fast-paced interior fit-out projects across the UK and Ireland.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to programme and quality standards, and maintain rigorous health & safety compliance.

You will work closely with project managers, design teams and suppliers to drive progress, resolve site challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest finish standards associated with this industry-leading contractor.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience managing commercial fit-out, shopfitting or refurbishment projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades effectively.

Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance.

Ability to read drawings, manage schedules, and maintain quality assurance.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.

Relevant site management qualifications (e. g., SMSTS/CSR/CSCS or equivalent).
