Your new company operates for over 20 years and has established itself as one of the UK and Ireland's leading fit-out businesses. They work with global brands across hospitality, retail, office, heritage, and commercial sectors, having grown significantly over the past 5 years. Due to securing additional projects and a strong order book for 2026, they now require a Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team.
Your new role involves reporting to the Commercial Manager, where you will have commercial responsibility for a range of fit-out projects. You will manage client expectations while working with the Operational Team to deliver high-end projects, ensuring profitability is protected while mitigating risk. This is an office-based role with limited travel required.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A background in the fit-out industry would be desirable but not essential.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
