My client is a leading construction company based in Co. Antrim with over 20 years of experience in the industry. They specialise in bespoke fit-out solutions for commercial, retail, hospitality and leisure sectors. They are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team and manage multiple bespoke high-end projects across the UK and Ireland.
Your new role
As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage client relationships, oversee subcontractors, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth project delivery.
