Your new role
This role sits within a busy and expanding team. You will work Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (and finish at 16:00 on a Friday). In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking company resource allocation and contractors' hours of work
- Administration support with various company contracts
- Assisting with invoices and applications for payments
- Compiling company-specific reports
- Maintaining appropriate filing systems
- Managing office requirements
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
- Managing paperwork
- Covering reception
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative position
- Strong IT skills - particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
