Our client is an SME organisation with big ambitions, currently looking to double in size in the next 3 to 5 years. There is a growing need for in-house finance experience to support development and growth.
As the Accountant, you will be an integral adviser to the owners, responsible for assisting the business in the next stage of commercial growth, implementing financial controls, developing financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and taxation. This role will require the development of a reporting system for the parent company and include key financial KPIs of the company. You will communicate with all areas of the organisation, supporting growth.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant with the energy to grow a business to double its size in a short period of time. Experience as an accountant in an industry or in practice is preferred, along with good communication skills and the ability to question and advise business owners.
You will be an integral part of the business, having a direct impact on the organisation's success. You will be rewarded and have the chance of equity in the business when it grows.
