Your new company A village primary school in Southam is looking for a Year 1 Teacher to start in January. This school prides itself on being a happy place to be for both staff and children. They believe through Christian values that each child has the potential to love learning and unlock and conquer new challenges and be ready to progress within their learning. Your new role Your new job as a Year 1 teacher at this school could look one of 2 ways, depending on what you are looking for. Firstly, this role can be flexible on days, so please apply if you are looking for 3.5, 4 or 5 days per week. Secondly, this role can include you doing the planning and therefore being paid to scale from day 1 or, if you would prefer not to do the planning, they do have a PPA teacher within school that is happy to plan for the week. This would mean you would be the consistent teacher in the class, there would be a parents’ evening in February which there would be a requirement to partake in and also some contribution towards reports at the end of the year, but this would be paid additionally for your time.
