Job Description We are exclusively supporting a well-established and growing group business to recruit a talented Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function across multiple operational sites. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing meaningful commercial insight and helping to drive business performance. Working collaboratively with site leadership teams, you will be responsible for delivering robust financial reporting, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing valuable analysis to support future growth and profitability. Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis Revenue, margin and cost analysis across customers and operations Supporting financial planning and profitability improvement initiatives Providing commercial insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of accurate financial records Quarterly VAT returns and year-end audit support Leading, developing and motivating a well-established finance team of 2 About YouYou will be an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional with experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
