Following recent investment and integration into a larger international group, the organisation is entering an exciting period of growth, strategic development and operational improvement. This is a newly created position that will play a key role in supporting both local leadership and wider group reporting requirements, offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence business performance. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will act as a key business partner to both finance and operational teams, providing high-quality financial analysis, planning and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This is a varied role combining financial planning & analysis, business partnering and group reporting responsibilities. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning processes Support the development of the organisation's long-term strategic plans Produce and analyse regular financial and operational reporting Prepare financial analysis, commentary and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings Support investment appraisal activities, including preparation of business cases and supporting documentation Monitor and report key financial and operational KPIs across the business Produce monthly performance review information for Group reporting requirements Reconcile and analyse commercial income streams to ensure targets are achieved Work closely with operational stakeholders to provide insight and challenge performance Develop reporting and business intelligence capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making Support ad hoc projects, process improvements and strategic initiatives as the business continues to evolve ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience) Previous experience within FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering or management accounting Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills Advanced Excel and reporting skills Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues Excellent career development opportunities Company pension scheme Staff discounts and additional benefits package Free on-site parking Opportunity to play a key role during an exciting period of growth and transformation If you're a finance professional looking to move into a commercially focused business partnering role with real strategic influence, we'd love to hear from you.
