Supply Teaching Assistant - Full or part-time available - Cotswolds.

Are you a compassionate and committed teaching professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We're supporting a local Primary School in the Cotswolds who require supply teaching assistants to work 1:1 supporting children with SEN requirements. This role would start as soon as possible and finish at the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships and make a difference at various local primary schools, and to potentially secure long-term supply/permanent contracts in the future.

The Role

This is a term-time only, temporary role. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of learning and supporting children, delivering lessons and utilising good behaviour management.

  • Experience working with children within the last 5 years.
  • Have experience supporting children with SEN needs (desirable).
  • Are patient, resilient, and able to build strong relationships.
