We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Groundworker / Flagger's Mate to support a team delivering maintenance and improvement works within social housing properties. Key Responsibilities
- Assist groundworkers with:
- Flagging, paving, and slabbing works
- Site preparation and clearing
- Mixing materials (concrete, mortar, etc.)
- Basic drainage and external repair works
- Load/unload materials and maintain site organisation
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards
- Support work in occupied properties, maintaining professionalism around residents
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled trades
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labouring, groundwork, or construction role
- Driving licence
