Your new company

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker / Flagger to join a busy social housing team working on planned and reactive maintenance projects across residential properties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in groundwork and paving who takes pride in delivering high-quality work within occupied social housing environments.

Your new role

  • Carry out general groundwork duties including:
  • Flagging, slabbing, and paving repairs/replacements
  • Concreting and trenching works
  • Drainage and external repairs
  • Work on pathways, gardens, and communal outdoor areas
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
  • Deliver work to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
  • Liaise professionally with tenants and site supervisors

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Groundworker / Flagger (essential)
  • Experience working within social housing or occupied properties
  • Full UK driving licence
