/n £17.00 - £18.00 per hour PAYE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fencer to join a leading property maintenance contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services to residential properties in Welwyn Garden City and the surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established organisation, offering consistent hours and competitive PAYE rates.

Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Installing new fencing, gates, and boundary structures
/n
- Repairing and maintaining existing fencing on residential properties
/n
- Removing old and damaged fencing materials
/n
- Digging post holes and setting fence posts securely
/n
- Working with timber, metal, and plastic fencing materials
/n
- Carrying out minor flagging and painting works where required
/n
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
/n
/n
What We're Looking For:
/n
/n
- Previous experience in fencing installation and repairs
/n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
/n
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
/n
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
/n
/n
