An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Sales, Operations & Administration Coordinator to join a growing business based in Watford. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing customer service, sales administration, logistics coordination and day to day operational activities. You will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth flow of information, orders and deliveries across the business. Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the internal sales administration team. Coordinate deliveries, collections and logistics activities. Ensure sales enquiries are handled efficiently and responded to promptly. Oversee the flow of communication between customer service, sales and operations teams. Anticipate potential issues and implement solutions before they impact customers or business operations. Keep management informed of key deadlines, business risks and operational concerns. Previous experience within a senior administration, operations or sales support position. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Direct exposure to senior leadership and business operations.
