A primary school based in Warrington is looking for an experienced administrator to add to their team. Starting asap, this is a full-time post.

Working with another full-time administrator and the school business manager, you will form part of the administration team in a busy school office. Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Taking calls and signing in visitors to the school
  • Maintaining student records using Arbor
  • Typing and distributing letters
  • Communicating with parents via school apps
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Making outgoing calls to parents as directed

The school SLT is looking for a proactive, professional administrator who will thrive in a busy environment. You will have excellent time management and communication along with strong literacy and IT skills. Since this role is school based you will need to complete an enhanced DBS check prior to appointment.
