You'll be joining a long‐established, forward‐thinking regional firm known for its exceptional client care, strong community presence and commitment to delivering high‐quality legal services across Cheshire and beyond. Due to an exciting period of growth, our client is now seeking one or two experienced Residential Property Solicitors to support the continued expansion of their thriving conveyancing team.
In your new role, you'll take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, guiding clients through every stage of their transaction with confidence and care. You'll also play a key part in supporting and developing a team of conveyancing assistants, helping to drive quality, consistency and continued growth within the department.
To succeed in this role, you'll need solid experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, along with the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of client care. You'll also bring strong organisational skills, sound technical knowledge and the confidence to supervise, support and mentor a team of conveyancing assistants.
