Your new company is a national services business headquartered in Warrington, currently expanding following several acquisitions.
Your new role involves reporting to the CFO and is a 6-month project role to establish a Group finance structure following recent acquisitions. Duties will include:
- Establish monthly Group reporting and consolidation processes
- Acquire and implement Group consolidation tool
- Control of the budget and forecasting process
- Key partner working closely with operational FD's
- Balance sheet review and controls
- Treasury / cash management
What you'll need to succeed:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Available to start immediately, or at short notice
What you'll get in return:
- Initial 6-month contract (outside IR35)
