  • Severe or profound learning difficulties
  • Autism and communication differences
  • SEMH needs and behavioural challenges
  • Physical, sensory, or medical needs
  • Developmental delays and complex needs
  • Young people who struggled in mainstream schooling

What ties all these environments together is a nurturing, calm and uplifting holiday-season spirit - a place where every milestone is celebrated like finding a golden Easter egg.

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Delivering personalised, engaging learning activities
  • Using visuals, routines, sensory strategies and communication tools
  • Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
  • Building positive, trusting relationships
  • Assisting with personal care where required

  • A positive communicator who builds trust
  • A team player with a sunny disposition
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Able to commit to full school days

  • Long-term stability
  • Excellent CPD and development opportunities
  • A deeply rewarding role with visible daily impact
