Your new companyYour new job as a UK Wholesale Binder Broker will be working for a specialist Lloyd's Broker based in the City. Due to growth within the UK Wholesale Team, a permanent job for a UK Wholesale Binder Broker to handle the Property and Casualty business has arisen. My client is a Lloyd's Broker, and we are searching for an Experienced Binding Authority Broker who possesses an in-depth understanding of the insurance market, particularly within the binding authority space. The ideal candidate will have an established network within the UK broker community and a track record of fostering growth and managing complex insurance portfolios.Your new roleYour new role as a Senior Broker means you will be responsible for utilising existing broker networks to expand business and develop new opportunities. As a UK Binder Broker, you will cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Stay abreast of market trends to identify and capitalise on new business prospects.

As the book is all Binding Authority Agreements, it will be your job to successfully negotiate and manage binding authority agreements. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with Lloyd's of London standards and regulatory frameworks and assessing the performance and profitability of binding authority contracts.

Your previous experience working as a Senior Binder Broker handling UK Property and Casualty Wholesale risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have extensive experience as a Binding Authority Broker, with a focus on the Lloyd's market. Robust network within the UK insurance broker community. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and the regulatory landscape.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills and be able to collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and other insurance professionals. You will be involved in influencing strategic planning and direction of the brokerage operations, so you will ideally have experience of guiding and supporting the professional development of junior brokers and team members.What you'll get in returnYou will be offered a competitive salary of up to £100,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
