Your new role As a Manager within the Trusts Tax team, you'll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of trust clients, supported by an experienced leadership group and a strong network of colleagues across the wider tax practice. You'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory work, participate in client meetings, and provide clear, confident responses to technical queries. You'll also play a key role in developing junior team members, supporting their technical growth and career progression. What you'll need to succeed You'll bring a solid working knowledge of Trusts Tax and experience managing your own client portfolio. You'll hold a relevant professional qualification (CTA or STEP) with post-qualification experience and be confident in delivering high-quality work to deadlines.It would be beneficial - though not essential - if you also had: Experience in trust and/or private client advisory work, including inheritance tax planning and trust structuring Trust compliance experience Knowledge of onshore trusts (offshore trust experience is desirable but not required) Experience working with a varied portfolio of trust clients Most importantly, you'll be committed to your professional development, enjoy building relationships and be ready to contribute to a supportive and ambitious team.
