Your new role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Transactional Lawyer with 3-7 years PQE (guideline only) to join a London-based Private Wealth organisation's legal team within a high-performing family office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals on a wide range of legal matters, primarily focused on reviewing and advising on contracts, agreements, and regulatory policies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise on in-house policies and regulatory frameworks relevant to the family office and its clients.
- Ensure legal documentation is compliant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to support transactional matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory developments.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-7 years PQE (Guideline only) with a strong background in transactional or commercial law.

- UK-qualified and foreign-qualified lawyers are considered.
