Job Description
Traffic Marshall / Banksman (NPORS or CPCS Certified)Harlow, Essex β Long-Term Contract Key Responsibilities
- Safely direct vehicle and plant movement on a busy construction site
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and site personnel using approved hand signals
- Monitor site access points and control traffic flow to prevent congestion and accidents
- Assist with deliveries and ensure safe loading/unloading procedures
- Enforce site safety protocols and report any hazards or breaches
Requirements
- Valid NPORS (N403) or CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshal/Banksman certification
- Full PPE including high-vis, hard hat, gloves, and safety boots
- Previous experience in traffic management on construction sites
