Your new company is a well-established organisation with offices in Thetford.
Your new role involves giving support and advice to visitors primarily over an intercom system and occasionally over the phone or via email. The role includes assisting visitors using a computer dashboard to remotely raise exit barriers for visitors on site, and investigating any queries about their visit, payment, or Forestry England Membership. This role may also involve liaising with suppliers and contractors to troubleshoot issues. There will be ad-hoc requirements during quieter periods to support the wider team with administrative tasks.
Key work areas include:
- Assist with remote monitoring of barriered car park systems, responding to and helping visitors over an intercom system.
- Use our Customer Relations CRM Software system Connections to help answer Membership queries and support the Membership team with any parking-related issues.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers in the event of any problems with equipment or software.
- Any other parking related tasks reasonably requested by your line manager.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Exemplary written and oral customer service skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Proven administrative ability and strong attention to detail.
- Competent IT user with experience of Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook).
What you'll get in return:
- 1 x 16 hours a week. Hours are Thursday to Sunday each week, 4-8pm.
- 1 x 8 hours a week. Hours are Saturday and Sunday each week, 4-8pm.
- Start date 1st June. Expected duration, through to 13th September.
