They pride themselves on providing a world-class service to their clients and prioritising the needs of their staff. Due to growth in the Technical team, they are seeking a permanent Insurance Technician with Xchanging and Db/Cr note processing experience.

Your new role involves working for an established Lloyd's Broker based in the heart of the City, providing tailored and effective Insurance Solutions for clients. The role includes preparation and processing of premiums, claims, bordereaux, treaty statements, and associated documentation, as well as maintenance of the broking system. You will communicate with underwriters, cover-holders, direct clients, and Xchanging, and be responsible for processing claims transactions between offices and via Xchanging's various systems.

In the Central Operations and Technical Team, you will deal with all aspects of BDX, including processing BDX, dealing with Xchanging, and processing Debit/Credit notes via Novus.
