Your new company Our client are a large not-for-profit that operate on a global scale. They are hiring a Technical Services Manager to provide technical expertise in managing M&E assets across their large operational sites in Central London. Your new role As Technical Services Manager, you will provide technical expertise and ensure assets are managed in line with the organisations priorities. Key duties will include: End-to-end asset management (M&E) Assurance of the asset register and condition ratings (MEP assets) & technical solutions presented by service partners & project engineers. Responsibility for technical authority & strategic direction including asset maintenance, replacement & repair, equipment specifications & operating requirements, and plant & equipment processes and policies. Strategic planning for all M&E technical services. Set the strategic direction (asset management strategy) and policies for the M&E service partner to create a progressive, innovation-driven and continuous improvement-mindset. Review and approve all proposed deviations from SFG20.
