Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be working in primary school settings, supporting pupils both in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis. You'll help deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support, particularly to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a flexible supply role, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, NVQ, CACHE or equivalent
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Understanding or experience of working with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environments
