Our learners are full of potential-and we are here to help them realise it.The Role We are seeking passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our team from September. This is a 12-week temporary role with a strong opportunity to move into a permanent position.You will:

  • Support learners in the classroom and during enrichment activities
  • Help develop communication, independence, and life skills
  • Work closely with tutors, therapists, and families
  • Be a consistent, caring presence in the lives of our learners

Who Can Apply You do not need a formal TA qualification to apply. We welcome individuals with transferable experience and the right mindset.You should have:

  • Experience supporting adults or children with additional needs
  • A background in social care, youth work, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and behaviour support skills
  • A reference from within the last 12 months confirming relevant experience
  • Full right to work and remain in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
