We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Alternative Provision in Coventry, supporting students across KS3 and KS4. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.
Role Details:- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Location: Coventry (KS3/KS4 sites)
- Start Date: Within the next 4 weeks
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 AM - 03:30 PM
- Contract: Ongoing, long-term with potential for permanent placement
- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH, EBD, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
- Assist in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement individual learning plans.
