We are partnering with a progressive, purpose-led organisation operating within a complex, specialist environment to appoint a Talent Culture Manager on a 12-month maternity cover. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of People, you will lead a small, high-performing Talent / L&D team, playing a key role in delivering a business-wide culture and development agenda. With strong foundations already in place, your focus will be on embedding and driving initiatives forward, ensuring they land effectively and deliver measurable outcomes. You will operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership, translating strategic priorities into practical, commercially aligned people solutions.
