Your New Organisation Values driven, charitable organisation currently seeking a Systems Support Trainer, on a permanent basis, to join their growing team in an exciting period of change. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Systems Trainer who possesses the ability and enthusiasm to design, create and deliver training. Your New Role Sat within the Learning and Organisational Development Team, as Systems Trainer you will support with the creation of an effective training rollout plan, and the company wide roll out of the new bespoke system. Within your new role, you will work alongside the existing team to create training materials and deliver coaching and training for the current (and new) workforce, both virtually and face to face. As Systems Trainer, you will be acknowledged as the ‘systems expert’ and will have a clear understanding of what training is required. You will create the relevant materials and then articulate that training clearly to staff, evaluating skill-set and potential gaps in knowledge as you go. You will be comfortable presenting to large groups of people and also supporting on a 1-1 basis, where required, building strong professional relationships across the organisation.
