Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an Electrical Contractor in Swindon with the recruitment of an Electrical Estimator to join their growing team.
Your New Role
You will be completing in-depth reviews of client enquiries extending to contractual, health and safety, logistical and technical aspects of the opportunity, attending site meetings/surveys as required, as well as sending/receiving enquiries to and from suppliers and specialist subcontractors. You will take ownership of the estimating package, prepare detailed tender submissions, attend post-tender review meetings with clients as well as provide a detailed tender handover report to the project delivery teams.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will have previous electrical estimating experience across multiple projects of various sizes and types, proven experience and a strong understanding of contractual elements of projects, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role is being offered with a salary between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum and car allowance on a permanent contract.
