You'll be joining a well-established organisation in South Wales, playing a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
You will work collaboratively across departments to maintain transparent, compliant and reliable payroll processes.
Key responsibilities include:* Ensuring the monthly payroll is processed accurately and on schedule, including preparing, reviewing and updating all necessary data* Calculating employee pay, deductions and statutory components such as SMP, SSP and pension contributions* Maintaining accurate employee records, including handling starters, leavers, pay adjustments and payroll-related queries* Assisting with payroll reconciliations, reporting, audit requirements and month-end activities* Managing payroll documentation and data securely, ensuring compliance with data protection standards Length of assignment: Temp - 3-6 Months Hybrid policy: On-site initially Ideal start date: Immediate
