Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Corporate team in Guildford at Senior Associate level. You will advise a broad range of clients on complex corporate transactions and strategic business matters, working closely with business owners, investors and corporate stakeholders.Your work will include advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructures, alongside drafting and negotiating transaction documents and wider commercial agreements. You will manage transactions from inception through to completion, providing commercially minded advice throughout the deal lifecycle.You will play a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice. The position also offers the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers while working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
