Job Description

Your new companyA well-established and values-driven organisation is seeking compassionate and committed Support Workers to join their team in Liskeard. This organisation is dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives and is known for its inclusive and supportive working culture.

Your new role

  • Full and part-time roles available
  • Waking and sleeping nights
  • Days
  • 24, 48 and 72-hour shifts

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes and communities. You'll assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, attending appointments, and engaging in social and leisure activities. You'll help people build positive relationships and be active members of their local community. The role requires flexibility across a 7-day rota.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A caring, respectful, and inclusive approach

  • Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training
  • Basic IT and numerical skills
  • No previous experience required – full training provided
