Your new company: We are looking for support workers with the right values and attitudes to join a large provider of care in South Wales. They provide support to adults with learning or physical disabilities across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. Your new role: The role of support worker will consist of supporting the delivery of a range of care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and additional health needs. You will be involved in providing both personal and physical care in line with each individual’s care plan. This may involve administering medication, liaising with external professionals and providing access to the community. You will also support in maintaining and improving individuals wellbeing through participation in things such as arts and crafts, sports, shopping trips, holidays and various other activities. They operate on a flexible rota, with scope to do both short and long days. However, flexibility is essential to deliver services over the full range of hours.
