You will be part of a collaborative supply chain function focused on improving inventory accuracy, strengthening planning processes, and supporting operational efficiency. Your new role as a Supply Chain Analyst will involve:
- Driving inventory optimisation and improving master data accuracy to support MRP and planning activities.
- Analysing usage, consumption trends, and customer forecasts to establish effective inventory policies and reordering processes.
- Taking ownership of developing structured processes, documenting decision points, and maintaining master templates to support ongoing data governance and change tracking.
- Monitoring stock levels and aged inventory, identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock, and supporting actions to address it.
- Working closely with production scheduling to validate work in progress and help prioritise manufacturing activity.
- Liaising with customer services, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage supply risks and expedite purchase orders where needed.
- Extracting, analysing, and presenting data to support decision-making.
