Your new company Working for a contractor on a freelance basis – potential role to go temporary – permanent. Working in the Social Housing Sector, supervising repair work. Your new role Working as a Contracts Supervisor, you will be managing over 15 operatives (multi) and contractors to ensure customers receive excellent service on repair work. This is a full-time role based within the Hounslow, Richmond, Teddington and Twickenham areas. Successful candidate duties will include: Scheduling work across the day and week for multi-skilled operatives. Analyse and report on works Monitor the performance of the jobs e.g. how many attended. Ordering of materials Carrying out regular visits and inspections of works Investigate and resolve customer complaints What you’ll need to succeed Experience in social housing sector as a Supervisor or a Manager (Reactive Maintenance) Managing a number of operatives and different skills/trades Be able to pass a Basic DBS Driving Licence (up to 6 points allowed) SSSTS or SMSTS First Aid Good communication skills with customers and team Experience of managing a budget What you’ll get in return This is a contract role, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week.
