Your new role As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive, generalist HR service across a defined business area.
Acting as a true partner to operational leaders, you will support the delivery of both short and long-term business objectives through expert advice on employee relations, organisational change, performance management and people strategy.
Working closely with the HR Director, you will help shape and implement the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
You will lead on complex employee relations cases, providing pragmatic, risk-aware guidance in line with current legislation and best practice.
You will contribute to building a high-performance culture by supporting succession planning, and developing leadership capability across the organisation.
You will play a key role in change management initiatives, including business restructuring, TUPE activity, and integration projects.
This role also involves driving compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date HR policies, analysing HR data to inform decision-making, and supporting continuous improvement of people processes and practices.
