Student Information Desk Receptionist Wakefield, West Yorkshire Full-Time | Immediate Start | Until October Half Term We are currently seeking a confident and approachable Student Information Desk Receptionist to join a busy secondary school in Wakefield.

This is a full-time temporary position starting in September and continuing until the October half-term break.

As the first point of contact for students throughout the school day, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of day-to-day enquiries and ensuring the smooth running of the Student Information Desk.

Key

Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for students requiring assistance.

Managing student sign-in and sign-out procedures.

Supporting students with uniform issues and facilitating uniform changes where required.

Managing lost property queries, including receiving and returning items.

Contacting parents/carers on behalf of students when necessary.

Recording and updating student information accurately on school systems.

Providing general administrative support as required.

Maintaining a calm, professional and welcoming environment for students.
