An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning professional to join a high-profile government organisation undergoing significant transformation.
Working within the People function, you will lead workforce planning activity, workforce analytics and organisational improvement initiatives, helping the organisation build future capability and make evidence-based workforce decisions.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of strategic workforce planning activities and frameworks.
Analyse workforce data, trends and risks to provide actionable insights for senior leaders.
