With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Commercial Manager to join their senior leadership team.
Operating across both public and private sector markets, the business delivers a diverse range of large-scale flatted developments and residential-led schemes in partnership with housing associations, local authorities, institutional investors and private developers. As Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial function across a portfolio of significant residential developments, ensuring robust financial control, effective risk management and the successful delivery of commercial objectives. Working closely with operational teams and senior leadership, you will provide strategic commercial direction from pre-construction through to final account, whilst leading and supporting a high-performing commercial team.
Key responsibilities will include:
