This role is ideal for a skilled multi-trade operative with strengths in carpentry, tiling, and shower repairs or installations, who is looking for stable daytime work and the opportunity to move into a permanent role. You will be responsible for maintaining residential properties, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and well maintained for residents. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair works across residential properties
- Complete basic carpentry tasks, including repairs to doors, frames, skirting, and general woodwork
- Undertake tiling works, including preparation, installation, and repairs to finishes and grout
- Install, repair, and maintain shower systems, including tray reseals, enclosure fixes, and minor plumbing works
- Conduct property inspections and identify required repairs or follow-on works
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
