Hays are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a facilities management contract based in ST16. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, reliable technician with a strong FM background who is available to start immediately.
The Role
- You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the site, ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard.
- General building fabric repairs and maintenance
- Basic carpentry, patch plastering and painting
- Have proven experience as a Fabric Technician or similar role
- Come from a Facilities Management (FM) background
- Be confident carrying out a range of building maintenance tasks
- Be available to start ASAP
