Location: Liverpool

Contract: 3-month assignment (to support a job-share)

Hours: 2 days per week, 7 hours per day (09:00-17:00, 1-hour lunch)

Your new company: A leading North West housing provider delivering high-quality, customer-focused services across multiple regions. You'll join a supportive, performance-driven Customer Accounts team committed to sustaining tenancies and protecting rental income.

Your new role: As an Early Interventions Specialist, you'll manage lower-level arrears cases and carry out key administrative tasks to support income collection. This is a proactive, customer-focused role centred on early contact, negotiation, and helping customers get back on track with their rent. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, use technology to prioritise cases, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve the best outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed: We need someone who can hit the ground running, who is comfortable having calls with customers via inbound and outbound contacts. Negotiation skills and a proven track record, for example, in credit control or delivering high quality customer service, would be considered. This role is about early contact with customers who are in rent arrears so that we can work with them to get back on track. Attention to detail is a must, as it is highly organised.
