Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of South West London SEN trusts to recruit qualified Speech and Language Therapists for roles on exclusive Preferred Supplier List (PSL) contracts. These opportunities are ideal for therapists who are passionate about supporting children and young people with communication needs within specialist educational settings.
The role as a Speech and Language Therapist in an SEN school includes:
- Assessing and supporting pupils with speech, language, and communication needs
- Delivering individual and group therapy programmes
- Supporting pupils with ASC, SEMH, and complex learning needs
- Contributing to EHCP targets and reviews
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Providing practical strategies to support communication across the school environment
